1. Acceptance
By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase our products.
2. Products
We sell digital ECU tuning files ("ready-made files") and custom ECU tuning services ("custom tuning"). All products are delivered digitally.
3. Intended Use — Off-Road / Motorsport Only
All tuning files are supplied for closed-course, off-road, and motorsport use only. They are not certified for use on public roads and may not comply with emissions or safety regulations in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of use in your location, and for any consequences including warranty loss, failed inspections, or legal penalties.
4. License
Files are licensed for your own personal use on a single vehicle/ECU. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the files.
5. Custom Tuning & Uploaded Files
For custom tuning you upload your original ECU read file. You confirm you have the right to modify the vehicle. We use the uploaded file solely to produce your tuned file. We recommend you keep a backup of your original file.
6. No Warranty; Assumption of Risk
Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Flashing an ECU carries inherent risk. Installation should be performed by a qualified professional using appropriate tools. We are not responsible for damage to your vehicle, ECU, or property resulting from installation or use.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Orders & Payment
Payments are processed securely by Airwallex. Prices are shown at checkout. You must have a registered account; the download and notifications are delivered to your account email.
9. Delivery
Ready-made files are delivered automatically after successful payment, via your account and email. Custom files are delivered after our team completes the work.
10. Prohibited Products
We do not sell files intended to disable safety systems required for road-legal operation. Purchases are for off-road/motorsport applications only.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
