1. Information We Collect
- Account data: your email address and a securely hashed password.
- Order data: products purchased, amount, order status, and preferred language.
- Custom tuning data: vehicle details and the ECU read file you upload.
- Technical and analytics data: IP address, approximate country/region/city derived from the IP, requested page, referrer, browser, operating system, device type, and language.
2. How We Use It
To create your account, process and deliver orders, send order and verification emails, provide support, prevent fraud/abuse, and understand which regions and pages are of interest so we can improve the service.
3. Payment Data
Card and payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Airwallex. We do not store your full card number.
4. Third-Party Services
- Airwallex payment processing.
- Email delivery sending verification and order notification emails.
- Machine translation translating product descriptions.
- IPWho.is geolocation service: resolving an IP address to an approximate region and network provider. This does not provide a precise street address.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
5. Cookies
We use a strictly necessary session cookie for administrator login. Language preference is stored locally in your browser. We do not use advertising trackers.
6. Data Retention & Security
We retain order and account data as needed to operate the service and meet legal/accounting obligations. Passwords are stored using salted hashing. Access controls and HTTPS protect data in transit.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
