Shipping Policy
1. What Ships
This policy applies to physical items such as ECU control units, modules, cables, and car parts. Tuning files remain digital products and are delivered online — see the Refund Policy for digital goods.
2. Delivery Address
We ship only to the delivery address recorded in your PayPal order. Please confirm the address in PayPal before you approve the payment; we cannot change the destination after dispatch.
3. Shipping Cost and Regions
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the destination country and the billable weight of your parcel — the greater of its actual weight and its volumetric weight (L×W×H in cm ÷ 5000) — and is shown before you approve the payment. We ship worldwide except to countries where PayPal or reliable carriers are unavailable; if your address is not supported, PayPal will ask you to choose another one.
4. Handling and Transit Time
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment. Typical transit times: mainland China 2–5 days; Asia 5–10 days; Europe and North America 7–15 days; other regions 10–25 days. Customs inspection can add time and is outside our control.
5. Tracking
Every shipment has a tracking number. We email it to you and record it with PayPal when the parcel is dispatched; you can also see it on your order page.
6. Import Duties and Taxes
Prices do not include import duties, VAT, or customs fees of the destination country. These are charged by the carrier or customs and are the buyer's responsibility. Refusing a parcel because of duties is treated as a return at your cost.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
Inspect the parcel on delivery. Report damage or a missing item within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item. If tracking shows the parcel lost in transit, we will reship or refund after the carrier's claim is confirmed.
8. Used ECUs and Compatibility
Used or refurbished units are tested before dispatch and described as such. You are responsible for checking hardware and software numbers, immobiliser and coding requirements before ordering. Programming or matching to your vehicle is not included unless stated in the product.
