Refund Policy
1. Digital Goods
Our products are digital files delivered instantly or after custom work. Please read the product details and compatibility (vehicle, ECU version) carefully before purchasing.
2. Ready-Made Files
Because ready-made files are delivered immediately and can be downloaded right away, they are generally non-refundable once downloaded. We will provide a replacement or full refund if:
- the file was not delivered due to a technical fault on our side; or
- the delivered file is corrupt or does not match the product described.
3. Custom Tuning
Custom tuning begins after payment. Because it is bespoke work:
- If we have not yet started, you may request a full refund.
- Once work has started, refunds are assessed case by case.
- If we are unable to complete your request, you receive a full refund.
4. Not Eligible
We cannot refund for: incorrect vehicle/ECU information provided by you, buyer's change of mind after download, or issues caused by improper installation.
5. How to Request
Within 14 days of payment, open My Account, select the order, and submit a refund request with the reason and requested amount. If a digital file has already been downloaded, contact support@ecudamosfiles.org for a manual review. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us first. We aim to resolve any issue quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
